The Watts F277010 Pressure Relief Valve protects compatible HVAC systems from excessive pressure by automatically releasing fluid when system pressure reaches the 150 PSI set point. Designed with a 1-1/2-inch connection, it uses a spring-loaded mechanism that opens under overpressure conditions and automatically reseats once pressure returns to a safe operating range. It is installed on boilers or hydronic piping at designated pressure relief locations and connected to a discharge line.
