Description
The Titus HVAC 100269-02 Hot Wire Inlet Sensor is an airflow-sensing element that measures air movement entering a connected air-distribution assembly. Its hot-wire sensing detects changes in airflow by monitoring the effect of moving air on a heated element, producing an electrical signal corresponding to the measured condition for HVAC systems. The 12″-16″ range indicates the inlet sizes for which the sensing arrangement is intended, allowing it to be positioned across the appropriate opening. It connects to the associated control circuit, transmitting airflow information for monitoring and regulation. Its readings allow the control system to respond to variations in incoming air movement.
