The Supco CP801A2L Condensate Pan Heater is a 1.75 qt evaporative drain pan assembly that collects and manages condensate water and uses a 400W electric heating element at 120V to accelerate evaporation through a controlled heat-transfer process initiated by liquid accumulation. It maintains steady condensate disposal and prevents overflow formation in air conditioning units, refrigeration evaporators, and packaged cooling equipment within HVAC systems where no direct drain line is available. It is mounted beneath evaporator or drip tray outlets with a wired power connection and float control integration for automatic operation.
