The Sterling HVAC 11J37R04278 Manifold distributes regulated gas fuel evenly across multiple burner tubes in gas-fired unit heaters. Installed within the burner compartment in HVAC systems, the pipe manifold connects the main gas valve to individual burner orifices. Internal gas pressure builds uniformly along the length of the manifold delivering equal fuel volume through each port into the combustion chamber. Distributing gas evenly allows for continuous burner ignition, maintains balanced flame intensity and supports clean fuel combustion across entire heat exchanger surface.
