Description
The Sporlan Controls 044438-04 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) HXCAE-3-VX regulates refrigerant flow by responding to evaporator outlet temperature and pressure changes through a sensing bulb that adjusts valve opening to maintain controlled superheat. It meters liquid vapor into the evaporator in HVAC systems such as air conditioning and heat pump unit within refrigeration circuits and ensuring balanced heat exchange and stable cooling output mounted on a 3/4″ ODF liquid line at the evaporator inlet with a sensing line connection . It supports accurate cooling fluid distribution reduces compressor strain and improves cycle stability under fluctuating load conditions.
